If I meet with you for a customized facial and makeover, do I have to purchase product from you or is it really complimentary?
When I say complimentary, I mean it. You don’t pay for a thing unless you decide to purchase product from me, which is also never required. I trust that our products will sell themselves. It’s just my desire to show them to as many women as possible.

I tried Mary Kay ____ years ago and broke out. How do I know it will be safe for me to use now?
Our products have gone through some MAJOR reformulating over the years. I started my business 8 years ago and have already seen mostly of our product lines reformulated. We’ve come a long way since 1963 when the company was founded. Our scientists conduct hundreds of clinical trials and tests before any products are introduced to the public, and if we can’t ensure an ingredient is safe, we don’t use it. We also follow the EU safety standards which are much stricter than the USA standards. All of this to say, you can use our products with confidence.
Can I view a list of ingredients for the products I am interested in?
Yes! You should be able to view all the ingredients in a product on my shopping link, but if you can’t find something I am able to pull up complete lists on every product in our catalog. If you have a specific ingredient you are wanting to stay away from, I am also able to do a search based on that ingredient and give you a list of any and all products containing it.
What if I purchase products and am not satisfied with them?
Mary Kay has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with a product you purchase from me, Mary Kay will refund the product completely. That’s how much we believe in the product we sell.
Can I hire you to do makeup for my upcoming event?
Definitely! But since I’m not a licensed cosmetologist, I cannot charge for services. But I do have a minimum purchase price of $150 in products to book me. The cool thing about doing it this way is that you actually can purchase the products I use on your face during the event so you can recreate the look on your own!
